You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Hemnix Assist operates on a monthly subscription basis.
Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
Subscriptions are auto-renewed monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months or unused usage unless required by law.
4. Usage Limits & Fair Use
Each plan includes defined limits (messages, images, voice minutes, etc.).
You agree not to:
Abuse system resources
Attempt to bypass usage limits
Use the Service for spam, illegal, or harmful activities
We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate fair usage policies.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that:
You are responsible for the content configured in your chatbot
You will not use the Service to generate unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. AI Limitations & Disclaimer
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete.
Hemnix Assist does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
You should independently verify critical information.
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, designs, branding, and content belong to Hemnix Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service without written permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Non-payment occurs
Abuse or misuse is detected
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Hemnix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last one (1) month.
